Who will be photographing me?

Aron has been taking portraits for close to a decade and works patiently with people to bring out the best in them.

Where are you located?

28 Cubitt St, Cremorne, Victoria, 3121. Approximately 20 minute drive south-east of Melbourne City. It is also a 5 minute walk from Richmond Station.

Is there free parking?

Yes we have 2 free on-site parking bays. Please avoid parking in the bay with the "White Rhino" sticker on the wall.

Session duration

30 minutes with a 15 minute buffer to help with our COVID safe practices. Please arrive on time to assist with the safety of everyone involved.

Session details

We will ease into the shoot to allow for natural expressions. From happy, and cheerful to a more serious look. There will be 2 different backgrounds to be photographed on, 1 white and 1 beige.

What outfits to bring?

Bring 2-3 different outfits. Have a mix of casual looks without any obvious brand labels in big prints. Have options of neutral and colourful clothing. Bring jackets or hats to add to the look but avoid ‘fancy’ outfits. Babies should have an option of wearing a onesie.

Makeup

For children, no makeup is encouraged but if warranted, minimal application would be best with a natural look. Adults should have minimal makeup and their hair done before arriving for their session. Less is more.

What happens after the session?

You will receive an email with a link to the 5 final images chosen by Spunkz for the comp card. Additional photos can be viewed and purchased through a separate link included in the email.

When will I receive my images?

Within 1 week.

Cost of a portrait session

$99

Payment

Full payment of $99 is required upon booking. Payments can be made at the bottom of this page.

Refunds

Contact Spunkz if you need to cancel a session.

If a cancellation is made with more than 7 days notice, the full amount of $99 will be refunded.

If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the session. A refund of only $49 is applicable. Exceptions may apply.

Rescheduling your session

Contact Spunkz if you need to reschedule a session.

Sessions can be rescheduled with no penalties if made with more than 7 days notice.

Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 7 days of the session. A cancellation needs to be made where a refund of only $49 is applicable. A new booking with a full price of $99 will need to be made separately from this cancelled session. Exceptions may apply.

Covid safe practices

Our studio is complying with strict social distancing rules of 1.5 meters between persons. There are hand sanitising stations located throughout the studio and surfaces are wiped down before and after each session.

To avoid families coming in contact with each other between sessions, a separate area of the studio will be allocated where the next family can wait for their turn. The exit route, once the current session is ended, will not cross paths with the next session’s family. If this option is not available, there is the alternative of waiting in the car until the current session’s family has left.

If you or your child has fallen sick or have symptoms 14 days prior to the session, do not attend the session. Please contact Spunkz. We will reschedule if it is possible.
